Yesterday....

Penis Park in Sinnam. Hitchhiking back...thank you Mr. Bar.

A four hour journey to Seoul and drinking far too much with Junior.

Today...2 hotels and a lot of shopping.

Tomorrow...Meet Janna and Gavin the new co-presidents of North Korea- where the beer flows like water and there is always a party!!!!!!!!!

Then it is off to Daechon for some reflection and mud therapy!!!!!

No I dont understand. "I play a tha Ping-Pong for 12 hours, it is how I stay so fit. You can come for one hour. 40,000won."
***Two women carrying an enormous bucket across the street and dumping it's contents, caabage, on their neighbors lawn.
***An elderly man driving a scooter with his Agima on the back, dressed in a fur get up-
***A teacher having to sit by and listen to their students repeat "The boy has just comed" and "I have a beautiful body" over and over with the aid of a cd....its just wrong, the english that they are teaching their kids in Korea
***Cars stopped in the middle of busy intersections with the front end smashed in, all other cars simply drive around it beeping so they will get out of the way. The driver, in denial that his car is totaled, sits patiently trying to restart it over and over.
***As you walk in to the larger supermarkets here that resemble a super walmart there are lockers for your bags....and others for your DOGS!

****Hotel Mong- One of the classiest hotels I have stayed in for the price= 80,000 won gets you internet access (for 95,000 you get a suite with two computers) a sauna, jacuzzi, queen bed and large plasma tv. Staff however speaks very minimal English. Jongo-ku, Seoul (near Insadong) 02.2267.4190
***Motel Moon- Samcheok- Across from the Bus Station- In a small seaside town this new motel is a must. This motel is one year old and they have spared no expense. The rooms are very smart, clean and comfortable. 30,000 a night and a great location.033.572.4436 www.cyber.samcheok.go.kr/edps8462/
*Seoul Motel- Itaewon- DONT DO IT- Small, dirty and check out is at 12pm.If you are in an absolute bind- 02.795.2266 above McDonald's
***Motel Dream- Pusan- A fabulous motel that has more of a hotel feel. Classy is an understatment for 30,000 won a night. In room internet access and a whirlpool tub.558.5605
**Calla Motel- Seoul- Tapgol Park Area- 02.741.4455- (Lonely Planet Recommended) Atlhough we had called and made a reservation, when we arrived we were told "Time is Over". Rooms are nice with a proper shower, queen size bed and nice decor. Juice boxes and yelow water are offered. Some rooms are equipped with free internet access, bedside sex-toy machines and funky lighting. Staff is nice and speaks limited English. Recommended on a "don't call first" basis.
